We do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders and are unable to refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
US RETURNS – TERMS & CONDITIONS
We only accept returns from full price purchases made on cleothehurricane.com. We do not accept returns on sale items, buy 2 get 1 free, gift cards, events, or certifications.
To process your return, please login to your account, then click here. Select the order and fill out the return request online form.
When we receive your return request, we will generate and send you a return label with USPS. Once received, we will email you a gift card for the purchase price. If FREE SHIPPING was applied to your original order, we will deduct the return shipping fee. Otherwise, your return shipping is free.
Due to the intimate nature of garments, unfortunately we do not offer any refunds.
RETURNS PROCESSING
Your returned item will be thoroughly reviewed and if approved, will be processed within 10 business days after the item is received.
